Greg Opean
Packinghouse’s Sunday morning worship service from October 18, 2026.
In Acts 10, God brings together Peter, a Jewish apostle, and Cornelius, a Roman centurion, in a meeting that changes the course of the early church. Through a vision, God challenges Peter's deeply rooted religious boundaries and shows him that no person should be considered beyond the reach of His grace. As Peter shares the good news of Jesus, the Holy Spirit falls upon Cornelius and his household, confirming that salvation through Christ is for people of every nation and background. This chapter challenges us to examine our own prejudices, step outside our comfort zones, and share God's love with people we might otherwise overlook. The gospel was never meant to be kept within our own circles, but carried into the world so that everyone has the opportunity to know Jesus.
