A praying life should shape our character and the way we treat others, producing humility, patience, joy, thankfulness, love, and a willingness to pursue what is good. Walking closely with Jesus means depending on Him throughout everyday life, supporting the weak, responding to evil with good, listening to the Holy Spirit, and testing everything against what is true. The message encourages us to stay connected to Jesus in prayer so that our relationship with Him increasingly changes the way we live.
