The Power of the Resurrection
The resurrection of Jesus didn’t just change history—it redefined reality. In this Easter message, we explore how the disciples, once confused and afraid, were transformed by the truth of the risen Christ. At first, their hopes were shaped by political frustrations and earthly expectations. But the resurrection opened their eyes to a greater kingdom and a deeper love—one that included not only them, but the very people they had despised.
Jesus came not to conquer by force, but to lay down His life for the world. And when He rose from the grave, everything He said was confirmed. The cross made sense. His love made sense. And His lordship became undeniable.
This message unpacks how the risen Jesus changes our view of God, our understanding of ourselves, and our calling in the world. When we confess that Jesus is Lord, we align with a truth that brings freedom, purpose, and peace.
