Revelation 20 contains one of the most fascinating prophecies found in the Bible. This 1000 year period of time is called the "millennium," from two Latin words, mille, meaning "one thousand" and annum, meaning "year". This 1000 year period of time is bound by two different resurrections: the resurrection of life at the beginning and the resurrection of damnation at the end.
